Schuette Metals is a proud member of CWIMA!
The Central Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance (CWIMA—pronounced “swim-ah”) supports the manufacturing sector in Central Wisconsin.
Founded in 2016, CWIMA is a member-based organization with over 140 manufacturing businesses and service providers, educators, workforce development organizations, and chambers.
CWIMA's alliance provides important resources, activities, events, and a collective voice to promote manufacturing, thanks to its collaboration with manufacturing companies.
In central Wisconsin, CWIMA raises awareness about the significant goods, economic effects, and workforce opportunities provided by the manufacturing firms operating in local communities. Because they collaborate with manufacturing companies, it offers important resources, activities, events, and a collective voice to promote manufacturing.
Keeping and attracting talent in manufacturing is a key priority. As the workforce ages, more retirements and fewer individuals are entering the manufacturing field to replace workers. CWIMA is working with local K-12 educators to highlight in-demand occupations and career opportunities, connect students with local businesses, and change the perception of manufacturing trades.
Help build the future of central Wisconsin's manufacturing industry by joining CWIMA!
